This is a season of joy and celebration.

Coming together with loved ones and rejoicing over the Best Gift God gave to the sons  and daughters of Adam.

I understand this is not the exact date Christ was born, but we celebrate it either in late December or early January.

The main point is that God gave us the Gift. The Gift that changes us, transforms us and makes us alive.

The Gift was the baby Jesus, who grew up and lived a life without sin but took the death punishment that we all deserved.

Through his death, we have forgiveness of sin, we have peace with God, and we get the right to become the children of God.

What a wonderful Gift!

We are given…..

The light of the world.

The way, the truth, the Life.

The  bread from Heaven.

The good shepherd.
